The Marin Heat Index is an excellent tool for buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals to follow the market changes virtually as they occur. The easy-to-read graphics are helpful to buyers that want to evaluate the state of the market in any one specific location or compare it from one time period to another. The information's depth provides the buyers with the confidence of having a "good grasp" of the local market condition. For sellers, the index helps in the initial pricing of a property for sale. And for real estate professionals, the index offers a unique way to differentiate him or herself from the competition by providing the client a revolutionary yet easy to understand barometer of the local real estate market. And while I don't understand completely the complexities of your formula, I do know that it depicts the nuances in a changing market instantly and fully.
